We want you to love your shopping experience with Comme De Garcons Store. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Tags and labels must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Customized or made-to-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@commedegarconsstore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@commedegarconsstore.com.
