Exchange Policy
At Comme De Garcons Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you received the wrong size or simply want to swap your item for a different one, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Customized or made-to-order items
3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email us at support@commedegarconsstore.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you want to exchange
- The reason for the exchange
- The new size or item you want instead
We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
4. Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will be asked to send the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an incorrect or defective item.
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship out the replacement.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
6. Processing Time
Once we receive your item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and another 5–10 business days for your replacement to be shipped.
